Phase 1 Working Configuration

The Phase 1 working configuration (approximately 250-300 MW at full initial buildout) blends dispatchable thermal generation, multi-fuel capability, storage, and renewables, fully integrated with SCADA, EMS, and NERC-CIP-compliant cybersecurity.

Site identified and screening initiated; preliminary land-use and zoning alignment; utility and grid logic validated; city-level relationships established; EGLE air permitting initiated; FERC interconnection filing in progress; hardware allocation secured; early EPC and vendor engagement underway.

Secure strategic site control, followed by feasibility completion and anchor offtake engagement.

Ann Arbor Pilot, Proof of Concept

A 1-5 MW pilot serving as the first-to-close asset and immediate proof-of-concept for the GPE execution model: LOI executed and site control secured, PPA under negotiation with a local anchor tenant, and a 12-18 month path to commercial operation. The pilot also provides a strategic positioning site for HG-250 prototype demonstration.

Note: All project figures represent development-stage plans and working configurations, subject to final engineering, permitting, and financing. Offtake agreements are in negotiation and have not been executed.
