Comprehensive planning and feasibility studies, energy audits, compliance, EPC, safety, and design, to determine the optimal technical, financial, and environmental configuration per site.

Engineering & Permitting

Pre-NTP detailed engineering design, environmental assessments, and securing of all necessary permits and approvals.

Procurement & Construction

Equipment supplier selection, construction contract awards, and construction oversight with Tier-1 EPC partners.

Hybrid & Smart Controls

All systems integrated with intelligent, AI-driven plant controls and advanced SCADA, managing generation, storage, and loads in real time to optimize uptime, cost, and carbon impact.

Commissioning

System testing, commissioning, and commencement of commercial operations under long-term offtake structures.

Speed advantage

By avoiding the utility interconnection queue, GPE targets campus delivery in 18-24 months, versus 5-7 years for comparable grid-scale projects.
